Can I return a product if it doesn't fit?
Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy for all apparel and footwear. Items must be in their original packaging with tags attached. Please note that customized jerseys or used equipment are not eligible for return.
Do you offer a warranty on high-performance gear?
All Ten Sports technical gear and electronics come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty against defects. This does not cover standard wear and tear from regular athletic use.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to our carrier's website. You can also track your status directly through your Ten Sports account dashboard.
